Paying with PayPal

It has come to our attention that some customers have had trouble using PayPal to purchase from our site.

Just to clarify, you do not have to have an account to buy. If you encounter a PayPal page that looks like a login page all you need to do is press "Don't have a PayPal account?" and you will be directed to the payment page our customers usually encounter.

If you've had difficulties with payment and would like to resume your purchase please email us for a link to your pre-filled cart.

Paying by bank deposit

If you have a New Zealand bank account and would like to make an online transfer or deposit to our bank account, there is a bank deposit option at the checkout.

If you choose this payment option you will receive our bank details when you checkout. It is helpful for us if you include the order number from your order confirmation email as the reference for your payment.

Orders will be dispatched and shipping confirmation sent once funds have been cleared.
