All orders are shipped with full insurance via courier service except for items such as cards and badges that are sent via post. Please be aware that couriered items need to be signed for however they can be delivered to PO boxes within New Zealand and in selected destinations worldwide.
Our current shipping rates are under review and will soon be amended to better reflect international destination/weight variations. We will continue to endeavour to keep our shipping rates as reasonable as possible.
We use Courierpost or New Zealand Couriers within New Zealand and International Economy Courier internationally.
Should you require your order to be shipped by DHL or UPS or would like your shipment held for a later delivery date please contact us to make arrangements.

These codes can be entered on the checkout page. A shipping charge will still appear however the total will be discounted to compensate for this. Please be sure to use the correct code as each one has a different effect.
If you choose one of the collect options in addition to your order confirmation you will receive an email to advise you of our opening hours and when your order will be ready for collection at your chosen location.
